This is a vintage Story Book Califonia Muffie Doll that is  7 1/4".
Her hair has been cut.
Her right eye needs help in opening after they have been closed.
I got a vintage pattern for Muffie solls and made her dress, slip and panties.
Her face is so pretty.  She has blue eyes and  tiny red lips.
When you make her walk, her head turns back and doerh..so darling!
