Vintage Go Kart Magnesium 6" Front Wheel. Hands? Palmini?

Description

Unknown brand, I see no marks or numbers on it.
This is one wheel, two halves.
Lighter than the similar aluminum wheels I have, color appears magnesium, reacts with vinegar.
Vintage Kart stuff isn't really my specialty,  I've never seen a wheel quite like this one before.  Check my other listings for some more vintage wheels and tires.
