Vintage 7" tall marked Muffie doll Story Book Dolls California Walker
Vinyl or rubber head, hard plastic body and limbs.  Walker doll, walker does not work.
Gray eyes are sleep eyes and open and close.  They do not open and close by themselves, you need to open them.  I took the head off and you can see the vinyl/ rubber around the eye inside is damaged, it has a tear/split.  The molded eyelashes seem to have the paint rubbed off of them. It does not look like they are damaged except the paint rubbed off.
The arms are nicely strung and the legs look nice but do not move.  The body and face does have some light marks and scratches.  Hair is rooted, clean and thick.

She will come with 2 outfits.  The very worn red trimmed dress may be original but not sure.  No tag on the dress.  The yellow night gown is from my inventory and is vintage and worn.  I thought it looked cuter on her than the worn out red trimmed dress but it might help with identification.
