ITEM DESCRIPTION:
Vintage 1950s 8" Walker NASB Muffie Doll Blue Eyed Blond in Skirt Blouse Bolaro Jacket, Belt.
Cute vintage blue eyed, pale blond Muffie doll with pretty facial paint, long, Saran wig in a flip, sleep eyes with molded and painted lashes, no eyebrows and pretty lips. Good condition torso, legs and arms. Muffie is made of hard plastic and jointed at the neck, shoulders and hips. She is a walker and marked on her back. She is wearing an original Muffie skirt with attached black patent leather belt,
it opens down the back and closes with a doughnut snap also
a matching blouse and matching felt bolero jacket
. On her head a berry adorned wide brim straw hat that is held on with a chin strap. On her feet, yellow nylon socks and black side button shoes.
Underneath she wears original white lace trimmed panties.
CONDITION:
Good played with condition. Face paint is good and original with good lip paint, well indicated light eyelashes and no eyebrows. Clear, working sleep eyes with molded lashes. Synthetic mohair wig is thick and in a flip - appears a little messy with fly-aways. Perfect fingers and toes. Walking mechanism is stiff (these dolls all seem to be) but works well. Arms can hold a pose. Skin surface is clean and even toned - except face is slightly darker.  No seam splits, bites, stains or cracks. No hard plastic odor. Costume is in good condition. The snap at the waist is working. Vintage hat is in good condition. Socks are nylon - a little stretched out at the ankle. Shoes are marked Ginny and are free of damage. Panties appear to be original Muffie. She will come with her stand.
