Pre owned BKI model VS 2.10 commercial Convection, Combi, Steamer oven with capability to hold 5 (130 mm), 8 (85 mm), or 10 (65 mm) pans depending on the size and type of food.  Equipment shows signs of scratches and cosmetic wears that is synonymous with used items. This equipment will either be hard wired or has a 208V plug in electrical receptacle.
