3d MUNITIONS SQUADRON 3d Munitions Squadron assigned to 3d Maintenance Group, 3d Wing stationed at (MUNS) at Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, AK, is broken into eight teams to inspect 1,460 line items of weapons in the inventory which also includes the 673d Air Base Wing’s Explosive Ordnance Disposal, Security Forces, the Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson Honor Guard, as well as the 3rd Wing’s 90th and 525th fighter squadrons. WAMMO FEST is a competition intended to boost team spirit and provide Airmen an opportunity to display their skills.
