This is an extremely rare patch made by the F-102 manufacturer, Convair, and an original would likely cost you several hundred dollars if you could even find one (I've tried myself but have yet to see one other than a picture on a collector's website).  Convair made an exact F-106 version of the patch which I also carry in my eBay store.  It's just as rare if not moreso.  These patches would have been given to the test pilots, early Air Force pilots getting checked out at the Convair facility, etc etc.  Once the F-102 was fully operational, the much more common triangular patch took over as the "F-102 patch".   You can easily find these triangular patches on eBay in several different colors.
The F-102 was a US interceptor aircraft built to deter the Soviet Bomber threat in the late 1950's.  1,000  F-102's were built and it was one of the early fighters of the famed "Century Series" of US fighter aircraft.
It was the first operational supersonic interceptor and delta wing fighter of the USAF and it was replaced by the more advanced Mach 2 F-106 "Delta Dart" which is very similar in appearance.
