Past Grand Master? Mason Antique Jewel - Coin Silver Masonic Masonry 47g

What an amazing piece. This was found in the Franklin lodge in Troy Ohio. Its marked JS COIN.  Most Certainly late 1880s. as found condition i have not cleaned it and will not clean it. Including the G top bar with the level. I believe this is a past master or grand masters jewel. The weight of this piece is 47 grams, The level  measures aproximately 3.5 inches in height. The sun in the center I am unsure if its gold plated? brass?
