    Description

    I have had this sign for years.  I had it repaired once, you can see the images where the new power supply was added and taped onto the back of the sign.  However, I just recently moved across town and when I plugged this in, nothing. Not working.  However, I have had this repaired before, and I am thinking it can be repaired again.  But I am ready to sell it.  The actual sign on the outside is in excellent condition, see photos. Just don't know what is going on on the inside.
    If it were working, it would light up and there is a wheel that turns and creates a waterfall effect, plus the words "it's the water" appear in red as the wheel turns.
    PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE WITHOUT UNDERSTANDING THAT IT IS CURRENTLY NOT WORKING.
