    An early old vintage brewery advertising tin thermometer sign. This one is advertising: Hornung's White Bock Beer In Bottles. From The Jacob Hornung Brewing Co. Clearfield 22nd and Lippincott Streets Philadelphia Pennsylvania PA. The thermometer is marked as made by: Lakeside Mfg. Co. of Chicago Illinois IL. The thermometer measures 7" in diameter x 1-1/4" deep. Made up of a tin or metal casing with a paper litho thermometer face. This one is in fair condition as shown with surface rust and wear and is missing the front glass bezel or face. This one is not working and is good for display only. A nice early thermometer for your collection that displays well as shown. This will be a no reserve auction with the winning bidder to pay for priority class postage.
