If you are tired of dealing with the mess of dopping wax and an alcohol lamp or dop pot when creating cabochons, try our knurled dop stick kit. (Picture with stone is aluminum handle.  You will receive a brass handle as shown in all other pictures.)
Include in each kit is:
One brass handle.  (See other listings if you would prefer a aluminum handle.)
6 small stone “sticks”

Each stick is securely attached to the handle using a standard Allen wrench.
Additional sticks are available for purchase at your local hardware store.
The stone can be attached to the stick using your choice of super glue or double stick gorilla tape.  To release the stone from the stick when using super glue you can either soak your finished stone and the stick in acetone overnight or use heat from a torch (butane, micro, or jeweler’s) to release the stone.  (CAUTION – metal stick will be hot after heating with a torch, please follow all torch safety instructions provided by torch manufacturer and do not handle hot stones or sticks without protective gear)
