Knights Templar Masonic "In Hoc Signo Vinces" Antique Fob with Diamonds & Chain

Antique Victorian "In Hoc Signe Vinces" Knights Templar 10K Gold Fob pendant with 10K Gold Chain. It has engravings on each side and back as displayed in the pictures consisting of the name of recipient and important dates in their growth in the order. I did take this to the Shane Co. to have it appraised where I was told it has rough single cut diamonds possibly garnets. They appear to be older then the piece itself, they thought the diamonds had been transplanted from an older piece. Because the diamonds they used were of great quality they thought the gold used in the pendant would be also but were unable to check because of all the pieces.  This antique pendant has no missing pieces and is in great used antique shape. Missing some of the white paint on backside due to wear.
The Pendant measures 1, 3/4" tall and 1" width and weights 0.6 grams on a package scale not on a
jewelry scale. The necklace is 10K Gold and 10.5" long.
