    Description

    USS Pocomoke  arrived at Pearl Harbor on Jan 4, 1943 Sailed Jan 11 and arrived in Loutog, Fiji Islands Group on Jan 19, 1943 where he bought this commercially sold photo.  They sailed for Christmas Island on Jan. 28, 1943 arriving Feb 2 for a few hours before continuing on to Pearl Harbor.
