    Mizer is the clown in charge of all the cash received at the gate.  He loves collecting all that sweet, lovely payola, and hiding it in secret hiding places.  No one really knows how much money is earned by the Homieclown Circus.  When a Tax agent questioned him about it, the agent ended up missing.  He was last seen with Cereal Clown out back by the railroad tracks.  Mizer makes the rounds at all the carnival games.  He collects the winnings and makes sure the games aren't paying out any prizes.....but rather just taking money from all the suckers.
    Plush was manufactured in 2002.  It has been housed in a boxed environment, minimally handled.
