The condition is good to very good, seems to have not been read or opened much, spine looks good.
It is in a plastic protective sleeve for sometime. There is yellowing to the pages which is normal wear & tear, but nothing damaging.
Dimensions:  7 5/8 wide x 7 at top 9 at bottom length x 1/4" depth book edge.

You buy "as is", Estate does not wish to spend any additional monies to sell these items or to authenticate.
