    Description

    This is a used full size Blodgett Dual Flow H Convection Oven DFG 100/200 that is made of stainless steel and can withstand rigorous use. Convection ovens have been one of the industry's standard for convection cooking. This Blodgett oven is engineered to fit and satisfy all your cooking and baking needs.
    Its porcelain cavity cleans quickly, it also comes with dual panel thermal windows on its doors that makes it easy to check on the cooking products without opening the doors. This product is built
    with iron frame that adds structure and stability to the item while the fiber insulation makes sure that warm air stays inside.  The standard depth baking compartment accepts 18" x 26" standard size baking pans in left to right position. It comes with 5 chrome plated racks that adjust up to 11 different positions. This item has the capability of cooking and holding the foods to the desired temperature.
    Operation : This Blodgett Convection Oven has direct fired gas system, electronic spark ignition control system, manual gas shot off switch located on the front control panel, temperature control range of 200F -500F, 3/4HP motor blower with automatic thermal overload protection, pressure regulator and host of other features.
