This listing is for one brand new, AussieSpeed sand cast, aluminum chain guard (clutch guard) WITH POLISHED FINS. Includes mounting bolts(5/16-24).
These are nice heavy duty, very durable sand castings (not brittle die cast).
These guards come un-drilled, but have d
bosses machine
at 65mm (on center) and 90mm (on center) to
accommodate
most motors (at the most common mounting angles) used on go karts, mini-bikes, barstool racers and drift trikes; and can still be drilled for mounting at other angles or with other patterns and spacings too.
-65mm spacing is most common: predator(79, 99, 212 hemi and non-hemi, ghost) and most other clone motors. most hondas, including GX160, GX200, briggs (OHV) and some briggs flat head, and more others too....
-90mm spacing is used on some "big block" and v-twin motors.
-Contact me if you need me to drill and countersink the holes for your cover (this way it will be ready to bolt on).

I'm Cory. I own and operate Small Town Speed LLC. I'm also a full time Firefighter/paramedic, and an avid motorcycle rider and hot rodder. I started Small Town Speed to help offset what I spend building, riding, and racing all of my projects. So I can really relate to my customers, but with that said, I don't have regular Monday-Friday 9-5 shop hours. I will do everything in my power to ship parts out ASAP, and 95% of the time I get them out within 1 business day of when they are paid for, but because my work schedule(where I work 24hr shifts, and sometimes work 48 and 72hr shifts), and my riding, there may be rare occasions that it may take longer than 24hrs before I get it shipped out. If you are in a rush to get the part, please contact me, and I will do everything I can get it out fast(and if you contact me, I can make special arrangements, and 99% of the time can get it sent out the same day). But if you are somebody who expects everything to be shipped instantly "come hell or high water", please find another seller who will better fit your needs, because I may very well be busy dealing with hell or high water, or just unwinding and riding my motorcycles. And the latter should be easy enough to relate to, right? I ALSO SELL PARTS ON FORUMS and LOCALLY, so I reserve the right to END AUCTIONS EARLY. Im happy to combine shipping when practical, and I'm also happy to make package deals if there are several parts you need.

I treat other gear heads how I would want to be treated; but I ask that you do the same for me in two ways. 1- having realistic expectations when buying limited production parts. 2- if something is not right; let me know and give me a chance to make it right for you before opening a dispute or leaving feedback. I've never had anybody who has contacted me with an issue not end up completely satisfied.
