Art Nouveau 14K Gold Enamel Daisy and Forget Me Not Flower Cufflinks

Description

A charming pair of 14K gold Art Nouveau era cufflinks with enameled daisies and forget me not flowers. Daisies have long symbolized innocence, youth, and purity while forget-me-nots represent remembrance and love. The small enameled details in the flowers are quite lovely. There is a double-hooked connector that each of the enameled plaques are attached to. This may have allowed the cufflinks to be interchangeable with other styles. I can easily see these converted as charms to wear every day!
