    Description

This 1989 BMW 325i Touring one of four cars converted by Rossiters Ltd. in England to AC Schnitzer S3 2.7 specification, Work performed in 1991 with the installation a modified version of Schnitzer Motorsport’s hand-built 2.7-liter inline-six touring car engine, an ECU, exhaust system, limited-slip differential, and Body kit, with stickers and emblems, and a custom labeled cluster and custome  ACS suspension. Of the 4 original S3 conversions done in England this is only one, as of now, known to still exist. Per Mr. Rossiter between Germany, Japan and the UK, whom offered the S3 for the E30 inn 1991, there were approximately 100 converted total, and of those very few Tourings. I have been able to find 4 documented to date,  3 in Germany and 1 in the UK, with none in Japan
I believe this to be the only example of a E30 S3 e30 in the US. Finished in red over black leather, it is equipped with a 5-speed manual transmission, a sunroof, an Alpine stereo, Brembo brakes, and more.
This ACS Touring S3 is offered with all original build receipts and certifications of authenticity, service records dating to 1991.I have driven it rarely, starting it every few months and driving it around the block and putting it back in a climate controlled shop covered and protected and all service is up to date with new timing belt 3 years ago and a full service with less than 100 miles since completed. It is original as built and verified by the owner of Rossiters, It starts, runs and handles fantastic.
This sale is for the ACS S3 Touring 2.7 as seen in the pictures, Key fob, original build papers/ certificate of authenticity and maintenance records. Custom car cover.
The Vin check shows a mileage discrepancy, Its related to any exempt mileage with either exempt or a 0 for the mileage as it was registered  in Florida,  upon arriving in NM, due to local laws, the local DMV labeled Unknown mileage.  Upon any reregistration in any other or most states would simply revert the title back to exempt.  The vehicle is 33 years old and moved between two countries, Any vin check on history is going to be sketchy.  The Mileage is correct, to the best of my knowledge, and the odometer works.  It has never been in any visible car accident, but due to its European history it never had any vin numbers attached to any panels other than the Vin Plate and Body Frame stamp which match.
Any purchase will require a 0 deposit within 24 hours and to be paid in full in 7 days.  I welcome out of state and out of country interests and will ship vehicle anywhere once paid in full and shipping will be buyers responsibility.
I welcome any serious offers and Thank You for looking at my listing.
    FYI
    Schnitzer 101 Intro
For those whom may not know BMW History, the Schnitzer Brothers partnered with BMW very early on as a BMW sponsored Race team and developer of performance engines and aerodynamics alongside Alpina.  Schnitzer was much more performance and race focused where as Alpina was the performance mixed with Purple Livery and rebadging for the elites. The (Schnitzer) brothers developed the Iconic 1st gen M3 and engine and then proceeded to win  and win setting many iconic records as the BMW sponsored M race team.  They started AC Schnitzer in 1988 produced and marketed their performance upgrades and engines up until the late 90's when BMW purchased the company.  AC Schnitzer still exists as a BMW company and Schnitzer racing still also exists and still races their BMW's.
The Aerodynamic, suspension and Sublime 2.7 touring engine in the S3 was a massive upgrade to the stock 3 series engine and basically upgraded the car to M status, built by and developed by the original M division of the 80's.
Optional sale if wagons simply art your thing:
The reason many of these parts are not on the car is they are spares or for the LHD and simply won't work on a RHD car.
I spent years to find these parts and many are were nearly impossible to find.
I have every single AC Schnitzer Part to complete a second S3 car (Excluding the engine ECU and cluster) including
full body kit, side skirts, front and rear,  Rear trunk wing for coupe or 4 door
    DTS Mirrors LHD
    Steering wheels wood and leather
    16 inch rims
Dash overlay for 3 gauge cluster. LHD
Gear shift lever in metal and leather
Exhaust including headers and muffler for LHD
    Dead pedal LHD
    Mono wiper. LHD
    Badges
    Shocks
    Side stickers
    Extra literature, catalogues
Where the car has the Engine, suspension, (springs), ECU, Badges and cluster with certificates of authenticity
I would pull all the engine, ecu, suspension and cluster from the touring, add 1 of everything to make a complete ACS s3 kit
It would be the only full kit 100% ACS S3 kit that could be installed into any E30 coupe or 4 door that has existed since the original 1991 catalogue.
This kit could be crated and shipped anywhere and I would do the removal packaging and crating of all the parts and ship them anywhere at the owners expense.
Cost of kit with engine removed and 1 of everything, pictures available upon request,  ,000. which includes cost of removal and packaging.
Add the entire 2nd kit and all ACS parts that I have to the sale of the car for sale above,  ,000 Total
