This little Nova checks the boxes without braking the bank. It has modern LS1 motor and overdrive auto, custom chassis, 4 wheel disc, power rack and pinion and even air conditioning!
EXTERIOR: It has a great look, the stance is awesome. Overall the body is very solid, it's straight and fits really well. It has a metal cowl hood. The bottom of the fenders and doors are clean. It has two very small bubbles on the passenger wheel well. Painted bright blue metallic with a glossy clear coat. Overall it presents itself really well but there are a number of touch ups. The white stripes are painted on. Up front the bumper, grill, bezels are in excellent shape. In back the bumper, emblems, trim and tail lights look new. The mirrors and door handles have some minor freckles. The stainless trim is in very good shape. The glass looks very clear, new windshield. The 15 inch Cragar wheels sparkle. The BFG tires are fatter in back.
INTERIOR: Very nicely installed roll cage, low profile in front for easy in and out. The rear bar is detachable for use of the back seat. In front it has high back buckets with new cushions and comfort weave upholstery. The rear seat is upholstered in vinyl. Down on the floor it has Dynamat sound deadener and new carpet. The door panels and armrests look new. The dash area is painted gray metallic and has a billet bezel with custom Autometer gauges. There is a cushion grip steering wheel on a tilt column. The air conditioning vents are neatly installed. It has a custom made console with a billet B&M ratchet shifter. The CD stereo is hooked to round kick panel speakers and 6x9s in back. Headliner looks good.
ENGINE COMPARTMENT: The engine bay is all smoothed out. Custom inner fenders and firewall. In the center of it all is a Corvette LS1, all aluminum, fuel injected motor with serpentine belt system and factory stainless exhaust manifolds. It has a new heat/air conditioning system hidden down low and the lines are hidden. The power steering is hiding behind the air filter. It has a CPP aluminum master cylinder. The car runs cool with the aluminum radiator, custom shroud, electric fan and an aluminum overflow bottle. The tubular support struts connect from the firewall to the subframe. The wiper motor was removed from the firewall for a clean look. The wipers do work with an upgraded, relocated motor.
TRUNK COMPARTMENT: Solid metal. It has been lined with Dynamat sound deadener. It has a carpeted floor mat. The roll bar is welded to the floor. It also has a relocated battery in a battery box. The underside of the trunk lid is sprayed with a textured material, weather strip is new.
UNDERSIDE: Custom full chassis for optimum handling. Mustang ll front sub frame with tubular control arms, adjustable coil over shocks and rack & pinion steering. Welded in frame connectors countersunk into the floor with tubular front support/trans mount. It also has tubular rear support which attaches to the 4 link rear suspension. It has tubular control arms and panhard bar and QA-1 adjustable coilover gas shocks. Custom all welded exhaust with resonators and Flowmaster mufflers. New fuel tank, straps, sending unit, electric pump and lines. Upgraded brake system with disc at all four wheels. Looking up at the motor it is all aluminum including the oil pan, has high torque starter. The trans is a 4L60E overdrive automatic. New driveshaft leads back to the 10 bolt posi rear. The floors appear to be very solid metal, even behind the rear tires is clean.
A true hot rod- big motor in a little car! But this one was built to handle it. On the days you aren't feeling like Mario Andretti you can still go for a leisurely cruise. Put the air on and let the overdrive cruise you down the highway.
I, Jay Grams, take pride in personally writing the descriptions for virtually every car for about the last 30 years now. A significant amount of effort goes into fact checking. What I am offering is my professional impression of the vehicle.
Our salesmen are happy to assist with descriptions and making sure your questions are answered. One great suggestion is letting us do a walk around video that explains the car's condition in detail.
**These cars are displayed in a museum. If interested in a particular car make an appointment with a salesman to see that car. Without an appointment there is an admission fee to enter the showroom. If you buy a car, your admission will be refunded and you will be given a 1 year membership.

    About Volo Auto Museum
No other collector car dealer has been in business longer than the Volo Auto Museum.  Owned and operated by the Grams family since 1960.  We are the only collector car dealer that has 4 generations of experience with buying, selling and consigning classic autos.  For our family, classic cars are more than a business, it is a passion.  Over the decades, we have maintained a reputation for dealing with integrity as proven with our high reviews and A+ rating with the BBB.
Buying a classic car can be exciting, but also stressful.  We want to take the stress out of your buying experience by allowing you the time and tools you need to get to know the car you are interested in before making your investment, not after.  Unlike auctions, we allow test drives, 3rd party inspections, the use of our shop and car lift.  No reasonable request will be turned down.
Selling a car can be equally stressful, but it doesn’t have to be.  After reviewing your quality collector car, we will discuss the options we have available to you and let you decide what works best for you.  We have cash available for immediate sales and we also offer a consignment program that surpasses anyone else’s.   Unlike percentage based programs with fees; we work with a no fee, net to owner.  This allows us the opportunity to treat and market your car as if it were our own.  We invest approximately 00 of our own money into marketing your car, which means if it doesn’t sell, we lose, not you.  So, we are more aggressive in selling your car!
