Description

Up for your consideration is Muffie's #607-4 Outfit from the Favorite Fashions of 1956. This outfit is shown on page 112 in the book "The Muffle Puzzle - New Pieces" by Lillian Roth and Heather Maciak. You will receive the dress, panties, socks, shoes and flowers. A complete outfit. Please look at all the photos and use the enlarger as the photos are part of my description. If you have any questions, please ask them before you bid.
The white organdy dress has a rose flower print. Beautiful white lace runs across the front of the bodice and is used for the ruffled sleeves. Muffie's signature half slip is sewn on the inside and it closes with a large white painted donut snap. There is a faded Nancy Ann tag sewn on the inside. This dress is in immaculate condition. The fabric is clean, the colors are bright and the snap is secure. It is one gorgeous dress!!
The white organdy panties are original Muffie panties with the up-side down heart lace trim. They are in nice condition except there is some very faint light gray spots on the left side. I didn't even see them until I looked at my photos so, they are pretty light. Waist elastic is good
The bright pink variegated stretch socks are brand new. I used this pair because I thought the color matched the flowers in the dress. They have never been on a doll.
The very white side-button Mary Jane shoes are original Muffie shoes that are the hard plastic with the concaved soles. I picked this pair because they are so white and they match the white in the dress. Both shoes have some scratches on the front but, nothing goes clear through the shoe. And I just noticed that the right shoe has a split strap but, it stays buckled. I almost missed that but I saw it and I try to give good descriptions on my items.
You will also get the little spray of pink flowers with two green leaves at the bottom. I think they look cute with this dress.
I gotta tell you, I love this dress. I love the fabric and the colors. It is just a sweet little dress and your Muffie is gonna love it too.

Just to let everyone know, I will be taking two weeks off of eBay starting on the 7th of April until the 19th of April to go babysit my daughter's house while they are on vacation. I will be back with some really good items for Muffie and Ginny.
